Content Marketing Manager

About the Role

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will own and drive content creation across our entire marketing ecosystem. Working from our existing content strategy, you’ll take full control of the editorial calendar, produce compelling content across formats and channels, and collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing to bring campaigns to life.

This role is perfect for a creative, technically fluent writer who can translate complex ideas into engaging, clear marketing assets.

What You’ll Do

Within 3 Months

  • Take ownership of the existing content plan and begin executing across key channels.
  • Produce and publish content across blogs, emails, website pages, and social media.
  • Support performance marketing with ad and landing page copy.
  • Draft, script, and collaborate on content for webinars and video.

Within 12 Months

  • Shape and lead our long-term content strategy across the buyer journey.
  • Manage the content calendar and deliver timely, relevant assets.
  • Build workflows for collecting input from sales and product teams.
  • Contribute directly to demand generation, SEO, and brand awareness goals.
  • Own end-to-end execution for newsletters, email series, and thought leadership campaigns.

What You Bring to ThreatSpike

  • 4+ years in content marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • A portfolio of written work including blogs, website copy, and campaign content.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice.
  • Experience managing a content calendar and working cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress; SEO knowledge is a plus.
