Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will help define how we tell the ThreatSpike story. You’ll create compelling content and tools that empower our sales team, shape product launches, and ensure our positioning stays sharp as we grow.

This is a foundational role for a hands-on marketer who thrives on translating technical capabilities into customer value.

What You’ll Do

Within 3 Months

  • Deliver updated product messaging frameworks for Blue, Red, and Black.
  • Collaborate with Sales to build and distribute enablement content.
  • Generate customer case studies. 
  • Launch a refresh of battlecards, persona profiles, and pitch decks.
  • Interview internal teams and customers to draft compelling case studies.

Within 12 Months

  • Lead a quarterly messaging refresh process across the organisation.
  • Own the go-to-market toolkit for new product features and offerings.
  • Maintain a competitor messaging tracker and develop clear comparisons.
  • Build out the sales enablement content library.

What You Bring to ThreatSpike

  • 2+ years in product marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement roles.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for technical audiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design.
  • Experience developing messaging frameworks and persona-based content.
  • An organised, self-starting mindset with an eye for detail.
