ThreatSpike Opens Dubai Office

ThreatSpike is expanding. We’ve opened a new office in Dubai, bringing our fully managed IT and cybersecurity services closer to the organisations that need them most.

This is customer-led growth. We’ve been working with businesses across the Middle East for some time, and a permanent Dubai base puts us exactly where we should be, on the ground, embedded with our customers, and available when it matters.

Why Dubai

ThreatSpike’s customer base in the Middle East has grown significantly. With that growth comes a responsibility to serve those customers at the level they deserve and that means being present in the region, not managing relationships remotely from London.

The Dubai office gives us the operational resource to do exactly that. Faster response times. On-the-ground support. A local team that understands the needs of businesses in the UAE and across the Middle East and the capacity to take on more customers without compromising on service.

We already deliver fully managed IT and cybersecurity to organisations across the region. Allied, Th8 Palm Dubai Beach and Kempinski are among the customers who rely on ThreatSpike to keep their operations running. This investment means we can serve them even better, and bring that same standard of service to more businesses across the Gulf.

Welcoming the Team

We’ve hired four new colleagues to anchor the Dubai operation, Farzan Mohammed, Syed Modassir Ali, Mohammed Aman, and Renad Ababneh, all joining our operations function, with plans to grow the team further as regional demand increases.

In Their Own Words

“The Middle East has been an important region for ThreatSpike for several years, and this office is the natural next step. Being on the ground means we can deliver the kind of fully managed IT service our customers expect, responsive, hands-on, and genuinely part of how they operate. We’re excited about what we’re building here and it’s just the start of our investment in the region.” Adam Blake, CEO, ThreatSpike

What Comes Next

The Dubai team is live and growing. We have clear plans to expand regional headcount, and based on the demand we’re seeing, that growth will happen quickly.
